All things exist within a cycle…it is within a cycle that All things exist.
It is within the cycle where there is balance.  All cycles are naturally balanced.
It is within the cycle where there is health.

When cycle is disrupted the balance is disrupted…illness occurs.

Resistance can disrupt a cycle. (Especially our breath cycle. We often hold our breath when we are in some form of resistance).

Cycles occur everywhere and there are too many different cycles to count…from the 26,000 year cycle to the simple cycle of the breath. Seasons, a human life, one day, one week, one year, astrological cycles. The list goes on and on and on.

I have been receiving downloads for several weeks now regarding cycles partly due to my resistance of some of them…like winter mainly. In order to facilitate my realization “They” asked me to list my resistances. I was quite surprised at how many I listed! Seems I am more resistant than I allowed myself to believe. No wonder I had a 3 day migraine! Lol

Balance is the current lesson here, for me, not just cycles. I needed to understand cycles though in order to understand balance.  So if I needed to put myself back into balance, I asked…So then where is the easiest and fastest way to balance?

The answer…”The breath and nature. THAT is where “life” truly is.”

I sat in my yard breathing simply and rhythmically. Nothing fancy, just allowing myself to breath. Staying focused, staying with my intention of just allowing my body to breathe.

As I moved with my breath I actually began to feel not only my body balance, but my brain. I could feel the migraine let loose. I spent most of the evening out there breathing. So simple. I remember someone saying recently that ‘we can only do what’s next.’ For me, it was breathing.

Crossroads are a call to exploration. We don’t often make a course change at the time when we come to a crossroad though. Why don’t we shift paths at that crossroads? Because of fear. We are afraid of where it may (or may not) take us. Our mind tells us “What if it doesn’t lead us to where we want to go?” Funny thing is, we have no guarantee that the road we are currently on will lead us to where we want to be…or think we ought to be going. We plan and push to get to a certain place, and low and behold, when we get there it’s never quite what we had in mind or expected.

We stay on the old road because of fear. Fear of something new. The old road is familiar. No matter how much we crave and beg for something new, something better, when it arrives in front of us we cling to the old familiar way kicking and screaming that change sucks. With a deathly tight grip we hold onto the familiar and reject the very thing we have asked for.

We say that familiar is comfortable, it is safe, it is predictable. I say to you that is it not.

It is not comfortable as we struggle with pain and fear every day.

It is not safe, as we continue to fear that all will be lost or we won’t have enough, every day.

It is not predictable, as we grow more and more tired trying to force it to remain the same so we do not have to deal with change, every day.

We are taught, or tricked into believing that staying on this road will lead us ‘home.’ We have no guarantee. Promises were made to us that we chose to buy into and so we blindly walk our path.

Choose to lay down your old learned lies (the fears we were handed as children) and choose a new road at the crossroad. Choose to walk it with an open heart, trust in Yourself and through Love, every day.

Enjoy the ride, walk or float on your journey for your ticket Home is guaranteed.

Love, Always!

Yesterday I found myself observing an interaction between two people. I was in no way involved in their interaction at all. I did, however, find myself forming judgments about one of the people. After the interaction, which literally only took about 10 minutes, I realized what I had done. I did not express what I was thinking, but I was well aware that I was indeed thinking it. I don’t need to say what the judgment was; just suffice it to say that it was not a loving one. I was so mad at myself for have even gone to that place in my head! I seriously know differently.

I’ve been rolling my behavior over and over in my head. What the heck was I thinking!? I was mad at myself for going there, and I was also very sorry for having assumed the judgment. With a willingness to see the event (my event, not theirs) for what it was meant to be for me, I sat with Spirit/Self. Immediately the door swung open and the Truth stepped in.

I was clearly reminded that what we see in others is exactly what we see in ourselves. What we judge in others is exactly how we judge ourselves. (And I do mean EVERY single judgment, nice or not so nice) I’m not talking about their behavior; I’m talking about how we judge them personally. How with just one look at someone we can come to a judgment in our mind about what we think they are or are not. Granted, we do judge others’ behavior, but we also judge their personality. Clearly the interaction between these two people had nothing to do with either persons behavior as they were simply standing there having a conversation.

With the remembrance I received from Spirit I went back to the judgment I had made. I looked into the mirror and saw the clear reflection of how, in a place within myself, I was holding that judgment against myself.

That awareness in itself was huge for me. Jeesh, do I really still hold that idea of myself?? I am so very grateful for the experiences where I am shown the places where I do not Love myself. They always help me to release old and limited beliefs about myself.

The conversation with Self didn’t end there, however. I was again reminded that what we see in another is what we see in ourselves. That means when I do not see Divinity shining through another person, I have strayed from it within myself. When I see Divinity in others, I am truly seeing it and Being it within myself.

Any given situation, relationship, observation, that we are viewing and judging as…let’s just say crappy…we are actually seeing our own ‘less-than’ assumptions we hold about ourselves. We are given the opportunity to see these mirrors every day, every moment. Using them to see ourselves is huge!

Instead, most of us remain in the defense position within our head. How many of us have stepped into a situation thinking it should be one way, and it turned out to be something completely different? And, how many of us have completely blamed the situation (or other person) for being screwed up, and not our own participation in the creation of that crappiness? It is oh so easy to blame someone else, especially when we assume we are right (or doing the ‘right’ thing). Not that we are wrong, but that we had just as much participation in the situational crappiness than anything or anyone else.

When we can take responsibility for our own thoughts, our own beliefs, our own crap, the situation suddenly takes on a whole new light, a whole new level of understanding. But the best part is that we get to make a completely different choice about who and how we REALLY want to be in that moment.

I’m getting off track aren’t I? lol I can do that…but that’s only because I had that beautiful lesson shine through this morning too!

Let’s just say that I am so very grateful for the opportunity I had this morning. The remembrance of what I see in others is a clear mirror for what I am holding in myself was truly priceless. I am so excited to play in the day today to practice Being in the state of Love and Divinity. I am so excited and ready to be in my own space of Divinity, because, after all, it feels sooooo much better than being in the state of fear and illusion.

I’m looking forward to seeing and expressing my own Divinity…as well as seeing and experiencing yours! Double Woot for recognizing and expressing our Divinity! And another fabulous confirmation…as I get set to post this the clock tells me that it’s 11:11.

Love, Always!

It always amazes me how Spirit shows up in every single thing we do…in every moment…whether we are consciously aware of it or not. If we’re not aware of it, it is only because we choose not to be aware. In that moment we choose to be aware of something else…our pain, our issues…where ever the ego leads us.

This week, as I process my own pain, I am reminded (constantly!) that every moment, every point, every instance, in life’s journey is inherently preparing us for our future in ways that the ego mind cannot possibly comprehend. I know I’m getting this message because I’ve been trying to figure out (in my mind!) just why my body is doing what it is doing, and how I can make it respond a different way that suits me better. I’m laughing like crazy as I write this! If you can’t hear the irony in that sentence it is because you are doing the same thing, but not realizing it.

Listening to your “self” talk can be absolutely eye opening! We can learn so much if we would just pay attention to the words we use when talking to ourselves…and others too. First, did you catch how I was trying to do this all in my mind. The mind will never comprehend, nor will it be able to solve any (ANY) issue I am having. All of that occurs within, where the Truth lives and understands the Path. Then…did you hear me say that I wanted to make my body respond differently? In a way that suits ME better? LOL Seriously, I know better than that. By forcing something different on the situation all I am doing is frustrating myself and resisting my path. Yea, it’s painful physically sometimes, but if I were to just relax into it, it would move much faster. I know this!!! But, yes, sometimes I still get ‘stuck’ too.

If we could just relax into the moment, instead of trying so hard to make it something different, it wouldn’t hurt so much. We are raised to not believe in mystery, in Spirit. We are taught that we have to have a plan; we have to have a goal. We are raised to believe that we have to have a good job, good marriage, good kids, good whatever…in order to have a good life…down the road. Down the road! No wonder we can’t relax into anything.

We are rarely taught to trust in the Divinity of Spirit. We are rarely taught to relax into what is in life as opposed to what it will be. We are taught to focus on the future, and rarely taught to be in the present. All of the things we are taught to work so hard for…a job, marriage, kids, etc…are supposed to bring joy at the end of the line. However, Joy can only be found in one place at a time…and that place is the present.

It doesn’t matter where we are going tomorrow; it matters where we are right now. If we don’t find the joy in today, we certainly aren’t going to find it tomorrow. We will find in tomorrow exactly what we find in today. Like I said, sometimes it is hard to find the joy in the pain that we are having today.

I am participating in a workshop currently and last week we were discussing problems and how to come up with solutions to the problems. We were asked to pair up and discuss a current problem, and then come up with a solution to that problem. When my partner and I paired up we both looked at each other and said the same thing…I don’t have any problems. We both laughed at the prospect, but it was true. When it came time for us to share with the class what we came up with, we of course announced that we had no problems. I found it funny how the entire class went silent…except for one gentleman. He said “Of course! You’re perfect!” He was being sarcastic…completely sarcastic. Their responses were all basically the same “How can you not have any problems?”

I don’t have any problems because I don’t see the issues in my life as problems. I see them as life and steps that Spirit guides me through in my evolution. How can anything Spirit moves me through be a problem? I mean, honestly, almost any experience can be miserable and considered a problem if you make it that way…especially if you’re good at making yourself miserable. But…on the other side of that…almost any experience can be enjoyable if you make it that way…especially if you’re good at practicing joy!

I find that most people can’t trust what is occurring in the present because it doesn’t look like what they want it to look like. Hence…it’s painful. We are so trained to believe that life should take on a certain look and feel, that anything outside of that is resisted. We are trained to look to the future and work damn hard at getting there, that we completely push aside what is currently sitting in front of us. “Well, what if I don’t like what I am sitting in?” Well, have you tried asking Spirit why it looks the way it does? What is the ‘lesson’ in the moment? Have you tried, sincerely, looking at the moment with an open heart to discover where Spirit lives in it? I promise you, Spirit is not painful, nor does Spirit bring us anything that is painful. It is not Spirit’s motive!

Do we need to know everything that lies ahead of us in order for us to relax into it and trust? Do we need to know where we’ll be tomorrow before we start to live today? That’s just crazy? What is holding you back from living today…that wouldn’t hold you back tomorrow? And seriously, if you can’t put down your fear today what makes you think you’ll put it down tomorrow? Why are you holding onto it? Is it keeping you safe from something? Oh yeah, wait, it keeps you safe from being hurt. That’s really funny, because you know that you are already hurting. Your fear doesn’t keep you safe from hurt, it creates it for you.

This life is not about what the heck is out there tomorrow. It’s about what is inside now. When people call me for an appointment I often tell them that I am not a fortune teller, I do not tell the future…I tell the present. That confuses the crap out of a lot of people. It’s what is going on in the present that keeps us from knowing our Joy. Tomorrow isn’t going to bring you your Joy, today is. It’s not the path ahead that’s important, it’s the path WITHIN.

So, with that huge reminder in my today, I’m going to spend some time in that beautiful space of Spirit. Have a fabulous day, ya’ll!
Sending much Love!

We can not fully experience life until we experience our Self fully.

Imagine the possibilities. Imagine the expansion. Imagine, better yet, the experience! We can only experience, outside of ourselves, that which we have experienced within ourselves.

Most people have only experienced a small portion of who they truly are. Some of us have experienced none of it, while others a great deal. If we only know ourselves on a superficial, egotistical level, that is all we will ever experience in our outer world. Personally, I call that MEDIOCRE. And the other phrase I use to describe that experience is…it sucks. Life sucks when we hide. And hiding is exactly what you are doing when you are living in the world of your ego…when you are living in the world of your own limiting, false beliefs about who and what you are (or aren’t).

Imagine experiencing a rich, full, sensual, expansive (and I do mean that in the largest sense), fulfilling, peaceful and loving world. I would tag that sentence with many more words trying to describe the feeling that lives inside of me as I touch it…but words just don’t do it justice. But, you know what I mean. Imagine living the life you can’t even imagine!

Imagine…knowing that it all lives inside of you, already. ALREADY. All you have to do is look at it…all you have to do is CHOOSE to look at it, to connect with it, to live it.

Unfortunately, most of us ‘hide’ who we are. Most of us think that what we are is ‘wrong’, ‘broken’, ‘inadequate’, ‘not enough’…so when it comes to interacting with others we hide behind a mask that covers those false beliefs. Hiding means that we dim our light…that we do not step into fully who we truly are. And if we are not stepping into fully who we are, we can not step into life fully.

Why do we hide? Why do we think that by being someone else we can be better? I’m here to remind you that you CAN’T. You are ALREADY the best, the brightest, the most Divine Being on this planet! You can not change that. You can not hinder that. You (or anyone else) can ever tarnish that.

Hiding doesn’t work, and really, you know this too. You’ve tried…but to no avail. However, you keep trying. Have you ever thought about trying something different? Have you ever thought about living life the way you really want to? Have you ever tried to express who you truly are, what you truly want to?

More than likely, you’ve thought about it but opted out…for fear of what someone else might think. Well, I’m here to encourage you to shine. Shine your light as far as you can. If someone can’t handle the brightness or the way you shine it…that’s there own problem. Shine. Shine. Shine.

I would LOVE to see your light. Show me what you’ve got bay-bee! Every single one of us is here to be different. We’re not here to be the same as everyone else. We all come from the same Oneness, but yet we are all expressing it differently. I want to see, I want to experience, how YOU express it.

Don’t hide…hiding makes life suck. Shining makes life awesome, inspiring, fun, fulfilling, loving, balanced, exciting…go ahead, I dare you…shine.

Can you feel it? It’s coming. Undoubtedly, it’s coming! It is not a question of ‘Is it coming?’…it’s a question of ‘Are you ready’?

Look around, every prophet, seer, astrologer, lightworker, intuitive, etc. is (and has been) notifying us…IT’S COMING. What is coming you ask? The Shift. Yes, the Shift. I laugh as I’m reminded of the phrase “shift happens”…oh how true it is in this case. Shift definitely happens.

Even science is on board this time. Not only will this shift be physical, but it will most definitely be spiritual as well.

So, we KNOW it’s coming. We also know that the best way to move through these changes is from the space of Center, the space of the Soul, the space of God. So…how many of us know how to get to that space? How many of us know how to experience the God/Goddess/Universe/Soul that lives within us?

Personally, it changed my entire world…my entire existence…my relationship with myself…and everything else I touched…and that touched me. To me, it makes absolute sense that the space of the Soul (which is what I name it) is and will be my haven when this shift really gets rockin’. Hell (not heck), it was my haven when my world was freakin’ falling apart on me years ago. It was the space that reminded me that I Am. I Am! All that Is, All that Isn’t and Everything in between. EVERYTHING!

As we raise our vibration out of fear into a state of Love, we connect with the 5th dimension (where I personally think the Maya are) easily, gracefully and fully. It’s where we remember our Truth. It’s where we remember that we are absolutely, positively, ONE with everything, everyone…ALL. Yup…ALL…the guy who bugs you at work, the woman who bugs you at school, the jackass down the street, the sweet woman who delivers your mail…the grass that grows, the trees that give us shade, the mountains where we hike. EVERYTHING.

And in that Oneness we are not limited…not one iota…not even a little…not even as humans. Limitation is a learned expression and belief. It’s what keeps us from even trying to communicate or connect with the space of the Soul, the God within. If we think we can’t, or we’re not worthy (which is what we’ve been taught) then we don’t even try. What’s the sense?

I’ll tell you what the sense is…what we’ve been taught is all a lie. Yup…ALL of it. So the sense of it is…that what you’re keeping yourself from IS Yourself. You in all your glory, all of your power, your beauty, your Love, your joy, your magnificence, your Being. And I’ll remind you again…your Being is not limited in any way, shape or form.

So, I’ll ask again…can you feel it? Can you sense the changes underfoot? They’re there. All you have to do is pull yourself out of your ego, out of your ‘fix it’ mode, and pay attention. Listen…to the Earth. Listen…to your Soul. Can you hear it?

If you can’t…the things that are keeping you away from it (your Soul) are the things that will help you expand the most. Your issues, your problems, your challenges are exactly what will get you to your Soul. Pushing past them will help you to see them as lies, as shadows, and lead the way directly into your Truth!

Don’t be afraid of your issues. Don’t push them aside. Ignoring them only makes them stronger. So you’re afraid…so what! Acknowledge it and move forward anyway. Never honor fear…EVER. It leaves you with nothing…absolutely nothing…empty-handed, sad, alone, depressed, wanting, crying, sick. OK, so maybe it does leave you with something, but hell if I want those things!

It’s time to go within! Yup…I’ll say it again…even if ya’ll are getting tired of hearing me say that…it’s time to go within! With everything to gain…and I do mean EVERYTHING…and nothing to lose (except fear) why would you not want to?

It’s coming…actually its here…we’re just smack in the middle of it. And if you can’t see it it’s because you are ignoring it…hoping that things will go back to ‘normal’. Guess what…they will never go back to ‘normal’…THANK GOD!

Are you ready? Are you willing to play with an open heart…full of Light and Love…and everything else? I am. Now, let’s go play. And honestly, if you don’t know how to go within…call me (www.thereisonlylove.com). I learned through my teacher, Archangel Michael…and now I teach others what he taught me.

Now it’s time for dinner. : )

Love is the answer…Love is always the answer. And if you haven’t felt the power of Love I invite you to settle into your Soul and experience the peace, joy and abundance it carries.  Love gives us the opportunity to see the situation from a different perspective and then make a choice from that space, instead of from the space of fear. That’s when the negative patterns end, and life begins.

Love is the answer. In the space of Love we are able to understand the subtle energies that underlie each and every situation. These subtle energies show us the why to everything. Everything happens for a reason. We may not know or understand the reason at the given moment, but we will, if we listen to our Soul.

Prayer is described as talking to God (or what ever you call that space), Meditation is described as listening to God. We can not hear if we are continually talking…whether it’s to God or someone else. We must be silent in order to hear.

Give yourself the opportunity to be silent. And I don’t mean that you need to sit in meditation for hours on end. In fact, you don’t have to sit at all. Meditation can be done anywhere, any time, for any length of time. Meditation, which to me is a taboo word, has old ideas attached to it for many people. Just the mere mention of meditation will shut people down and make them withdraw in a heart beat!  Why do we have such anxiety over something that is so calming? It’s the stigma that goes with the word. That’s it. Most people don’t even realize that they have been doing it for years…just not the way most of society portrays it.

Let’s shift the word from meditation to centering. Centering yourself in your Soul…because that is what we do when we are meditating. Centering is done each and every time you are ‘doing’ something you enjoy. It’s when you are doing something where your brain is not engaged. My mother does this when she is ironing. How fabulous is that!? Personally, I like to center when I am hiking in the mountains. It comes naturally in that space. My brain is not at all engaged and the beauty of nature aligns and balances my body naturally. What are some of the things you like to do that put that natural smile on your face? Gardening? Cooking (another favorite of mine)? Photography? Music? Art? How about something like bowling, fishing, jogging, riding, swimming? I could go on, but I think you get the point. You do not have to sit in the traditional sense of the word to meditate. However, that is also one of my favorite ways as well. I’ve been doing it for so long that my body and brain are now well trained. The moment I sit and take a breath the brain knows its time to take a nap.

I got a long way from Love didn’t I? Well, it is in that space of centering, that we get to EXPERIENCE the Love that already lives inside of us. The Love that we ARE. That Love that you feel is not just a good feeling, it IS WHO YOU ARE. Do you hear me? It IS WHO YOU ARE. When you can make that connection you are on your way to shifting out of the old limiting, false beliefs of who you think you are, and into a space of expansion and Truth and knowing who you Are.

When you understand that you ARE indeed that Love, you understand yourself on a much deeper level. Understanding yourself on that level you begin to understand ALL, everything, on that level…not just you, but others, and situations. From that space, you see the underlying subtle energies that let you know why those situations are happening. And from that space you are able to choose Love in response to the situations, instead of the old, limiting choices that perpetuate the fear, frustration, anxiety and stress.

You will never find the answer in your head…ever. You will only continue to choose from the same beliefs that got you into that space in the first place. : ) The answers live in your Soul. And in your Soul there is Love.

Love is the answer…Love is always the answer.
