So last night They woke me up to talk about cycles and pendulums (meaning the human vacillation from one thing/emotion to another). Here’s my remembrance:

All pendulum’s exist within a cycle (circle) and the swinging back and forth is just the human not allowing the pendulum (or their experience within the cycle) to go full circle…to complete the cycle. Both points of the ‘swing’ exist within the cycle…within all cycles there is yin and yang. It is when we judge/resist one point and move towards the other that the swing occurs…instead of learning/experiencing and allowing the swing to go full cycle. All cycle’s spiral upward, towards expansiveness. Pendulum’s do not. Pendulum’s are the ego’s effort to interrupt the cycle. All cycles contain perfect balance and health. An interrupted cycle results in disharmony and dis-ease.

All things exist within a cycle…it is within a cycle that All things exist.
It is within the cycle where there is balance.  All cycles are naturally balanced.
It is within the cycle where there is health.

When cycle is disrupted the balance is disrupted…illness occurs.

Resistance can disrupt a cycle. (Especially our breath cycle. We often hold our breath when we are in some form of resistance).

Cycles occur everywhere and there are too many different cycles to count…from the 26,000 year cycle to the simple cycle of the breath. Seasons, a human life, one day, one week, one year, astrological cycles. The list goes on and on and on.

I have been receiving downloads for several weeks now regarding cycles partly due to my resistance of some of them…like winter mainly. In order to facilitate my realization “They” asked me to list my resistances. I was quite surprised at how many I listed! Seems I am more resistant than I allowed myself to believe. No wonder I had a 3 day migraine! Lol

Balance is the current lesson here, for me, not just cycles. I needed to understand cycles though in order to understand balance.  So if I needed to put myself back into balance, I asked…So then where is the easiest and fastest way to balance?

The answer…”The breath and nature. THAT is where “life” truly is.”

I sat in my yard breathing simply and rhythmically. Nothing fancy, just allowing myself to breath. Staying focused, staying with my intention of just allowing my body to breathe.

As I moved with my breath I actually began to feel not only my body balance, but my brain. I could feel the migraine let loose. I spent most of the evening out there breathing. So simple. I remember someone saying recently that ‘we can only do what’s next.’ For me, it was breathing.

I know many of you are feeling Her return. In some way you are feeling a shift within, and outside. Maybe you can’t put your finger on it, but you are feeling something. I feel it too. What is it? It is the return of the Feminine Divine…the return of Goddess.

For so long women have been effectively pushed aside, quieted and negated in various and numerous ways. I can feel that changing now. Something…Goddess…is awakening within each one of us. Unsure and maybe even a little scared of what that is, what it will bring, how we embody it…some are approaching with caution, and some full on. Fear not, it is your birth right! Explore Her, embrace Her and embody Her.

As I sat in meditation I felt Her presence. Here is the message I received:

“Can you feel Her waking up? Can you hear Her call?
There has been enough. Her Blue Light of Love blankets the Earth. Those who fear will cry out. The others will find comfort, compassion and Love within it.
It is too late, for they have laid waste to the Earth. Fear not, for She will create again.
She returns, and sends Her charges to prepare Her way.”

I can’t express my excitement knowing that Her arrival is not only imminent, but now.

Crossroads are a call to exploration. We don’t often make a course change at the time when we come to a crossroad though. Why don’t we shift paths at that crossroads? Because of fear. We are afraid of where it may (or may not) take us. Our mind tells us “What if it doesn’t lead us to where we want to go?” Funny thing is, we have no guarantee that the road we are currently on will lead us to where we want to be…or think we ought to be going. We plan and push to get to a certain place, and low and behold, when we get there it’s never quite what we had in mind or expected.

We stay on the old road because of fear. Fear of something new. The old road is familiar. No matter how much we crave and beg for something new, something better, when it arrives in front of us we cling to the old familiar way kicking and screaming that change sucks. With a deathly tight grip we hold onto the familiar and reject the very thing we have asked for.

We say that familiar is comfortable, it is safe, it is predictable. I say to you that is it not.

It is not comfortable as we struggle with pain and fear every day.

It is not safe, as we continue to fear that all will be lost or we won’t have enough, every day.

It is not predictable, as we grow more and more tired trying to force it to remain the same so we do not have to deal with change, every day.

We are taught, or tricked into believing that staying on this road will lead us ‘home.’ We have no guarantee. Promises were made to us that we chose to buy into and so we blindly walk our path.

Choose to lay down your old learned lies (the fears we were handed as children) and choose a new road at the crossroad. Choose to walk it with an open heart, trust in Yourself and through Love, every day.

Enjoy the ride, walk or float on your journey for your ticket Home is guaranteed.

Love, Always!

Yesterday I found myself observing an interaction between two people. I was in no way involved in their interaction at all. I did, however, find myself forming judgments about one of the people. After the interaction, which literally only took about 10 minutes, I realized what I had done. I did not express what I was thinking, but I was well aware that I was indeed thinking it. I don’t need to say what the judgment was; just suffice it to say that it was not a loving one. I was so mad at myself for have even gone to that place in my head! I seriously know differently.

I’ve been rolling my behavior over and over in my head. What the heck was I thinking!? I was mad at myself for going there, and I was also very sorry for having assumed the judgment. With a willingness to see the event (my event, not theirs) for what it was meant to be for me, I sat with Spirit/Self. Immediately the door swung open and the Truth stepped in.

I was clearly reminded that what we see in others is exactly what we see in ourselves. What we judge in others is exactly how we judge ourselves. (And I do mean EVERY single judgment, nice or not so nice) I’m not talking about their behavior; I’m talking about how we judge them personally. How with just one look at someone we can come to a judgment in our mind about what we think they are or are not. Granted, we do judge others’ behavior, but we also judge their personality. Clearly the interaction between these two people had nothing to do with either persons behavior as they were simply standing there having a conversation.

With the remembrance I received from Spirit I went back to the judgment I had made. I looked into the mirror and saw the clear reflection of how, in a place within myself, I was holding that judgment against myself.

That awareness in itself was huge for me. Jeesh, do I really still hold that idea of myself?? I am so very grateful for the experiences where I am shown the places where I do not Love myself. They always help me to release old and limited beliefs about myself.

The conversation with Self didn’t end there, however. I was again reminded that what we see in another is what we see in ourselves. That means when I do not see Divinity shining through another person, I have strayed from it within myself. When I see Divinity in others, I am truly seeing it and Being it within myself.

Any given situation, relationship, observation, that we are viewing and judging as…let’s just say crappy…we are actually seeing our own ‘less-than’ assumptions we hold about ourselves. We are given the opportunity to see these mirrors every day, every moment. Using them to see ourselves is huge!

Instead, most of us remain in the defense position within our head. How many of us have stepped into a situation thinking it should be one way, and it turned out to be something completely different? And, how many of us have completely blamed the situation (or other person) for being screwed up, and not our own participation in the creation of that crappiness? It is oh so easy to blame someone else, especially when we assume we are right (or doing the ‘right’ thing). Not that we are wrong, but that we had just as much participation in the situational crappiness than anything or anyone else.

When we can take responsibility for our own thoughts, our own beliefs, our own crap, the situation suddenly takes on a whole new light, a whole new level of understanding. But the best part is that we get to make a completely different choice about who and how we REALLY want to be in that moment.

I’m getting off track aren’t I? lol I can do that…but that’s only because I had that beautiful lesson shine through this morning too!

Let’s just say that I am so very grateful for the opportunity I had this morning. The remembrance of what I see in others is a clear mirror for what I am holding in myself was truly priceless. I am so excited to play in the day today to practice Being in the state of Love and Divinity. I am so excited and ready to be in my own space of Divinity, because, after all, it feels sooooo much better than being in the state of fear and illusion.

I’m looking forward to seeing and expressing my own Divinity…as well as seeing and experiencing yours! Double Woot for recognizing and expressing our Divinity! And another fabulous confirmation…as I get set to post this the clock tells me that it’s 11:11.

Love, Always!

The source of reality is inside of you. It is your essence! It is what you are made of! It is you! As we evolve into the 5th dimension, more and more of us are beginning to recognizing this aspect of self. Some of us are moving into this space easily, some are resisting. It can be a difficult shift to release the beliefs of separation that we grew up with. We have to face the fear of the uncertainty of the choice to leave behind a ‘known’ way of doing things and step into the unknown. What if we do it wrong? What if it doesn’t work? What if I screw this up? Then what?

I find that most people have a hard time letting go of those fears (or of anything actually) unless they have something else to grab a hold of. Usually they prefer to grab a hold of something that they know (or is solid) so that they don’t have to face their issues of trusting in the unknown. This alone keeps people from going within. The fear of the unknown can be debilitating. But, it doesn’t have to be. The more the focus is on the fear of the unknown the more we get stuck there. Focusing on fear, of any nature, keeps us in the state of fear, keeps us experiencing the same thing over and over, nothing changes, and nothing moves.

What most people don’t realize is that the simple act of going within brings us to Consciousness. That Consciousness is all intelligence in the Universe! It is everything, all things. When we shift our focus within we begin to experience the Truth of existence. New beliefs are formed from this experience and the old beliefs, the ones that are no longer productive for us, simply fade…all by themselves. Simply by shifting our focus and experiencing a new understanding, the old beliefs vanish easily.

I think that we all have an intellectual knowing that there is no such thing as separation, that we are indeed the Soul/Universe/God/Spirit. Our societal teachings and beliefs in our ego minds however, take center stage. It’s time to cross that bridge into Oneness.

There is never a time when we are separate from anything! Nothing! No thing! We do not need to perform any acts to create Unity, it is already there. We do not have try harder. We do not have to be smarter or better. We are already One. We have always been One and we will always be One. That will never change. We only need to be aware of it. That awareness happens when we take that trip within. It is simply a shift in focus. A choice, a simple choice, of where you would like to put your focus. You can choose to focus on the illusion of separation or in the Truth of Oneness.

Our lives are created, and lived, through our choices. If we choose to focus on fear, even though it truly doesn’t exist, we will live it constantly. If we choose to focus on Oneness, we will live it constantly.

This is a choice that needs dedication, focus and awareness. The more we choose to focus on within, the easier it gets to stay in that space. We have been focused on fear for so long, that it has become a habit. Changing habits take time, awareness and dedication.

There are several ways to shift your awareness to within. The word meditation strikes fear in the hearts of most people. I find that this is because they don’t understand meditation. They are led to believe that meditation means they have to turn their minds off. People’s first reaction is “I can’t do that!” and so they won’t even try. I’m here to tell you that meditation is not about turning off the mind, it is about focusing it so intently on one specific thing that it facilitates going within.

Yes, you do have to sit quietly…but once you get the technique down, you can do this anytime, anywhere. Although I do sit to meditate, I often find myself doing at other time, like while I am washing dishes, brushing my teeth, taking a shower, or walking my dog. It is not a difficult task. Don’t let your fear, or misunderstanding of meditation stop you from trying this.

Sit quietly (or while walking in nature, but something quiet) and undisturbed. Choose to focus on one thing. It can be a prayer, a single word or mantra (Om, Shakti, Bliss, etc.). Silently repeat the word or words to yourself, letting them settle naturally into your awareness, becoming softer and deeper. Continue for at least five minutes, or for as long as you like.

If your mind sneaks in with thoughts like “I should be doing something else” gently shift your awareness back to your prayer or mantra. Simply choose to focus on the mantra instead of the voice in your head. If you focus on turning your mind off, it will only get louder. If you focus on the mantra or prayer, the voice in your head gets quieter all by itself.

Have no expectations about what will occur during this exercise or where will take you. Go into this with an open heart and open mind. Do not try to direct it, allow it to take you where it will. Practice this exercise as often as you can during the day. The more you practice it, the easier it gets, the deeper within you go and your experience changes. This exercise works to remove the artificial boundary between the isolated ego-self and Consciousness (your higher self, Universe, Spirit, God, Soul).

I send all of you Love, and would love to hear about your experiences with this exercise!

Love, Always!

It’s been a pretty intense few weeks (if not 2 years!) for many of us. Seems like we’re all being asked to take a very good look at our ‘relationships’…who we are in them, what we expect from them and why. Many of us, when looking at relationships, consider the ones we are in with another person. However, the most important relationship we will ever have in our entire existence is the one we have with ourselves. It is THAT relationship that gets projected out onto the rest of our relationships…whether that is with another person (platonic or romantic), a situation, or something else (nature, animals, and the world in general).

So, as we begin to take a look at what our current relationships look like to us, we can remember that what ever it is we are seeing (or experiencing) is a mirror of what is going on within.

Not liking the relationship you are in right now? Ask yourself why. Stay away from blaming the other person, or making their actions the reason for your discomfort. Look at you…and just you. Why are you uncomfortable? What is their behavior triggering inside of you? Is it making you feel unappreciated…unloved…unworthy…etc.? Nobody has the ability to make you feel anything. If it is being triggered inside of you, it is because you already have that belief about yourself to begin with. The other person’s behavior is simply reminding you of that belief. They didn’t put it there, you did. Hence…this is the relationship you have with yourself. Yes, when you are liking your relationship, you are still looking at a reflection of Self, you are seeing the Love that you are projecting out.

When you change the relationship you have with Self, when you see yourself for the perfection and wholeness, limitless and boundless Self that you are, then THAT is what gets projected out onto the rest of your ‘relationships’.

Every relationship we have…whether it be with a human, animal, nature, situation, etc…gives us the opportunity to see and know ourselves. Again, working on the knowledge that every relationship is a projection of the one with have with ourselves, so naturally we are looking at ourselves.

The term ‘relationship’ itself implies the existence of parts. But, there is only One. We are One…so, everything that we are in relationship with. IS essentially Self.

How you view that ‘relationship’ is key. Are you viewing through the ego ‘eye’…or through Consciousness?
